The Corporate Group handles a broad, varied practice spanning public and private offerings, public company representation, SEC reporting, M&A, and general corporate work across a diverse mix of industries, including media, technology, financial services, and pharmaceuticals. This industry breadth gives associates exposure to varied deal types and client profiles rather than a narrow, siloed practice, along with domestic and international corporate matters.

The Role

The firm is seeking a motivated associate (classes of 2022-2024) with a strong background in securities and capital markets to join the Corporate Group. The role involves substantive work across capital markets transactions, public company advisory, SEC reporting, and M&A, working across a genuinely varied industry base. Candidates should bring a strong academic record and work ethic; prior experience at an AmLaw 200 firm is preferred. The firm offers comprehensive, direct training from corporate partners and senior associates as part of a dynamic, collaborative team. Compensation ranges from $215,000 to $250,000, based on experience and education.
