Tax Attorney

Neil Jesani Advisors, Inc., a boutique tax and accounting firm, is seeking a Tax or Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth clients on sophisticated tax and estate planning strategies while contributing to the continued growth of our practice. Important Note About This Role Neil Jesani Advisors, Inc. is not a law firm, and this position does not involve the practice of law. You will not be representing clients in a legal capacity, providing legal representation, or establishing attorney-client relationships. Instead, you'll apply your legal training and technical expertise to develop tax and estate planning strategies alongside our team of CPAs, financial professionals, and advisors. What You'll Do Apply your knowledge of tax and/or estate planning to develop strategic solutions for high-income clients Conduct in-depth research and analysis of federal and state tax laws, trust structures, and estate planning vehicles Prepare and review planning documents, memoranda, and client deliverables Collaborate with partners, CPAs, and senior team members on complex client matters Stay current with developments in tax and estate planning laws and regulations Build strong, long-term client relationships that support the firm's expansion What We're Looking For Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred Background or demonstrated interest in tax law, estate planning, or both Strong understanding of federal and state tax concepts Candidates at various experience levels are encouraged to apply — from those early in their careers to seasoned professionals Skills That Will Help You Thrive Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship-building What We Offer A dynamic, collegial, high-growth environment with opportunities to advance into leadership roles Direct collaboration with experienced CPAs, tax attorneys, and financial professionals Competitive compensation and benefits package Meaningful, substantive work with sophisticated clients Interested?
