Compensation package & perks $$$$:

Total compensation package: $55k
Base $43 - $48k
Performance bonuses tied to store performance and sales: $10k
Total hiring bonus $2000 ($500 after 1 month, 1500 after 3 months)
5 days of training of training and onboarding in our Manhattan (NYC) Headquarters
10 days of paid vacation - accrued immediately
Opportunities for short or long term assignments in other states / cities

What we look for:

4-6 years of hospitality experience: food prep + front of house
2+ years leadership experience in hospitality, where you were directly responsible for:

scheduling & inventory management
increasing store performance (sales)
building a high performing team

You are familiar with Human Resources processes
You are familiar with food safety processes and you are MN certified.
You have a strong work ethic & aspiration
Importantly! You have a sense of humor, love smiling and laughing.
You project energy and enthusiasm. You inspires others & lifts others UP.
