What we ask of you: Provide a memorable dining experience for our customers every day! Assure that high-quality products come out of the kitchen every meal. Build positive relationships with family members, residents, and staff by learning their preferences and desires. Help make our community a true home for residents where they have a choice in their experience. Creative and think outside the box when hosting events, whether internal or external. Mentor, coach, and train dining staff to provide an incredible dining experience. An exceptional leader – leads by example and gets in the trenches when it’s required. Professional cooking/kitchen experience Hands‑on with the actual food preparation at least 4 days per week. A clean driving record to allow you to drive a company vehicle.
