Scrum Master / Business AnalystGenesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master / Business Analyst for a hybrid position (3 days onsite per week) with a Global Financial Institution located in Newark, DE. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.The Fraud Technology team is looking for a mid to senior level professional to serve as a Scrum Master (60-70%) and Business Analyst (30-40%). The Scrum Master will be responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams. This role ensures impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows agreed-to processes, and acts as an Agile Coach to empower the team to become self-managing.Responsibilities:Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremoniesManage dependencies for the teamProvide visibility into team delivery plans and progressEnable continuous improvement within the teamEnsure impediments are resolved quicklyAct as an Agile Coach, promoting and coaching the Agile mindset and principlesEmpower the team to become self-managing and fulfill their cross-functional potentialRequirements:5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst4+ years as a Scrum Master for multiple teamsExperience with Agile delivery tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, and ALMExperience leading agile development teams comprised of developers, analysts, product owners, and testersHands-on knowledge of the agile process and ceremonies including iteration planning, sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, PI planning sessions, retrospectives, etc.Demonstrable experience guiding and coaching multiple teams on Scrum practicesKnowledge of Oracle SQL / PLSQLDesired skills:Financial Services / Banking industry experienceFraud Detection, Prevention, Servicing, and/or claims experiencePay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
