Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing rehabilitation team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) looking for a supportive environment to launch your career, we'd love to hear from you!
As part of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping residents maximize their communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while improving their quality of life.
What You'll DoEvaluate, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
Treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, residents, and families.
Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health EMR.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current or eligible Pennsylvania SLP license.
Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus, but not required.
Full-time opportunity with a supportive rehab team.
Mentorship available for Clinical Fellows.
Modern documentation using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) .
