Production Lead: Lean Ops & Floor Training
Sensaria
Sensaria is seeking a Production Lead to supervise the manufacturing floor, train technicians on approved production procedures, and direct line operators to sustain safety, quality and throughput standards. The role requires close collaboration with the Production Supervisor, using shop tools to troubleshoot issues, and proactively addressing bottlenecks. Availability for overtime may be needed to meet production goals. This is a full-time on-site position at our Grand Prairie, TX facility. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sensaria
