Production Worker

Trillium Professional is now seeking Production Workers in Plaistow, NH!


The Operator is responsible for, but not limited to disassembly, cleaning and assembly of extrusion lines. An Operator may also be involved with starting and the operation of a production line. This position will require an individual to have a combination of technical experience, interpersonal skills and have the ability to solve practical problems.


The Operator more specifically is responsible for the following duties:
• Read and understand all production paperwork.
• Work independently on assigned projects.
• Work in and around extruders, hoppers, loaders and all other pertinent equipment.
• Ensure operation of equipment by evaluation and recommending repairs to the Production Supervisor and to maintenance by the means of using a repair tag.
• Understand how to use the Material Inventory and is proficient with material mixing.

Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent is required; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to verbally communicate effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Have a working knowledge and be able to perform production functions that include: extrusion line operation, extruder set up and quality control when necessary.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, which can be subjected to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity.
• Familiar with Q.C. instrumentation and reading prints.
• Possess mechanical ability.
• Understand and perform written and oral instruction.
• Must have basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
