Pediatrician

An independent physician group in Navarre, Florida, is seeking multiple BC/BE Pediatricians for a full-time, permanent outpatient position. • On-site ambulatory surgery center
• Six clinic locations across Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, DeFuniak Springs, Destin, Navarre, and Niceville
• EMR: Athena

Responsibilities

• See approximately 20-24 patients per day
• Conduct 15-minute established patient visits
• Conduct 30-minute new patient visits
• Provide walk-in patient care
• Participate in rotating phone call responsibilities with very rare call volume
• Opportunity for teaching at the Fort Walton Beach location residency program
• Provide NP supervision, if required

Compensation

• Base salary of $200,000-$220,000 plus incentives
• Existing pediatricians earn $250,000-$350,000 annually with incentives
• Robust compensation model
• Additional compensation available for teaching responsibilities
• NP supervision stipend available, if required ($1,000 per month per NP)

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
• Must work five days per week
• Rotating phone call responsibilities
• Very rare call volume
• Nurse triage line handles calls
• Physicians contacted only for severe emergencies
