The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Weekend Warrior Program .

As a Weekend Warrior LPN/RN , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care by:

• Providing direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

• Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders

• Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during daily clinical operations

• Leading shift operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality resident care

• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

• Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

• Serving as a clinical leader and resource for your nursing team

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN License

• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
