Supporting the General Counsel, the part-time Contracts Manager and Corporate Paralegal will manage contract-related processes, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and enhance legal operations efficiency in a fully remote engagement role. Key responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and business requirements Lead contract negotiations and develop standardized contracting procedures to align with organizational goals Organize and maintain contracts and legal files, collaborating with various departments for seamless legal support Required qualifications Significant experience in reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements Experience providing legal and compliance support in regulated industries Proficiency in SharePoint legal portals and contract lifecycle management tools Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and preferred paralegal education or certification Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
