This Role is Tailor-Made For You Because You are an expert in store operations with inventory management experience and a proven track record managing a large operational staff. You create a highly standardised environment where customers have a transformational experience, employees perform at their best, and the business runs efficiently. This requires balancing strategic, operational, and leadership priorities with an authentic approach. A sense of humor is a plus. A Day In The Life As the operational expert you will be fully versed in all store policies and procedures. Your day may include maintaining inventory accuracy and product flow, training staff on technology and operational procedures, partnering with the GM and cross‑functional teams to manage and maintain annual budgets, managing people resources, and setting clear goals and expectations. You may also support the customer experience by collaborating with PR/Marketing on special event needs. To Land This Role 3 to 5 years of stock or operations‑related experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment. Open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts. Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods. Minimum 18 years of age. Compensation Range Compensation is based on relevant experience and location and is commensurate with the role and qualifications.
