Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide urgent emergency care to a diverse patient population
• Manage a typical patient load with approximately 110 patients in 24 hours
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately
• Participate in quality improvement processes and maintain compliance with hospital policies
• Adhere to clinical protocols and emergency procedures
• Offer support and guidance to junior medical staff when needed

What You Need
Required:

• Active California medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (within 5 years)
• ABEM or ABEOM certification
• At least 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in emergency medicine

Preferred:

• Experience working night shifts in a hospital setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
