Fine Arts Coordinator

Job Details Job Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73131 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Fine Arts Coordinator Responsibilities Coordinates closely with the Fine Arts Director to oversee the development of the Fine Arts Mission at The Academy. Coordinates with the Fine Arts Director to partner with campus leadership for the Fine Arts programs and events across the district. Coordinates with the District Fine Arts Team regarding curriculum and classroom needs for supplies, equipment, and facility usage. Coordinates with the Fine Arts Director to successfully administrate all Fine Arts related events across the district. Maintains a presence in Fine Arts classrooms across the District in various capacities such as but not limited to providing coaching for small groups or individuals, supporting classroom teachers in projects and events, providing leadership and direction as needed, etc. Communicates with parents well and often regarding Fine Arts programs provided by the district including scheduling, finances, and policies. Coordinates alongside the Fine Arts Director with the Business Office financial reports and budgets of the Fine Arts Department such as but not limited to: Conservatory FACTS charges, event ticket management, department purchasing, etc. Manages Conservatory lessons master schedule, serves as liaison with campus principals, and provides support to Conservatory Instructors. Assists the After School Theatre Program with administrative as needed. Essential Qualifications Love for the Fine Arts Experience teaching individual and/or group fine arts lessons in chosen field (visual arts, music, voice, etc.) Possess a spirit of collaboration, service, and cheerful willingness to support where needed.
