FLOATING TO LONG TERM CARE
RTO BLACKOUT -9/7 TO LABOR DAY

REQUIREMENTS:
RN LIC
CPR
SKILLED CARE AND ORTHO RECEIVING SHORT TERM REHAB PATIENTS
ROUNDS, MED ADMIN, SUPERVISE CNA'S, WOUND CARE POSSIBLE
2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
NUMBER OF BEDS - 17 on Skilled nursing - 55 Long term care
PATIENT RATIO - 1:17
SCRUBS - ROYAL BLUE
EMR - POINT CLICK CARE
TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFORMATION OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED
MUST INCLUDE PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS ON THE SUBMISSION.
