Customer Service Representative
Base $17-$20 per hour , depending on experience, plus spiffs. Additional $100-$200 per week in realistic spiff incentives.
Full-Time | Houma, LA | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
At One Way AC & Electrical , we're growing rapidly and looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Schedule HVAC and electrical service appointments efficiently
- Communicate with technicians regarding schedules and customer updates
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers
- Educate customers on available services, promotions, and maintenance plans
- Accurately enter customer information into our software system
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed
- Help create an outstanding customer experience from the first phone call to job completion
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
