Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Job Title

Our agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities, and turn leads into long-lasting customers. As our sales and service representative, your knowledge of insurance products equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value to them. If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to support your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic.
  • Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty license

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
