Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Cascade Verge, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions and adjust treatments based on patient progress and feedback.
• Optimize patient outcomes by utilizing the latest evidence-based practices in rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other health professionals, to coordinate care.
• Provide hands-on treatment sessions as well as develop home exercise programs to enhance recovery.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, maintaining open communications with patients and their families, and providing education on recovery processes.
• Manage administrative tasks related to patient records, progress documentation, and therapy billing.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or medical setting.
• Active CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits
