We’re known for combining academic excellence with hands-on learning, and we take pride in fostering a supportive environment for both students and employees.Working at Endicott means joining a close-knit campus community where your contributions matter and where collaboration, creativity, and professional growth are valued.To learn more about our employee benefits click here.**Key Responsibilities*** Evaluate and recruit appropriate student-athletes with excellent academic record.* Assist in scouting, practice planning, game preparation, and film breakdown.* Assist with all player development activities.* Help organize prospect and youth camps for the program.* Assist with all team operations and administrative duties.* Assist with fundraising and the continued development of positive public relations with alumni and the community.* Create a positive and productive environment for student athletes.* Attend department meetings and be an active member of the Endicott Athletic Department.* Contribute to department needs as required, including Game Day Management assistance.* Possess knowledge of and abide by NCAA and Conference of New England rules and regulations.* Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned by the Head Men’s Basketball Coach, Director of Athletics and Athletic Administration.**Reporting Structure**Reports to the Head Coach, Men’s Basketball and Athletic Department.**Supervisory Responsibilities**No supervisory responsibilities.**Core Competencies*** **Reliability:** able to get the job done, available and engaged with the job and the Endicott community.* **Organization:** organizes time and resources well so that work is done efficiently and on time.* **Communication Skills:** has clear, effective and efficient ways of communicating, both orally and in writing.* **Adaptability:** shows a willingness to adopt new ideas and to do things differently.* **Follow Through:** takes ownership of projects and sees them through fruition.* **Customer Service:** anticipates the needs and responds to queries in a timely, competent, and approachable manner.* **Initiative/Personal Leadership:** identifies opportunities for improvement and actively contributes to solutions.* **Team Player:** shows a willingness to collaborate and share information, knowledge and experience with team members.**Qualifications and Skills*** Bachelor’s degree required.* 3-5 years playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level.* Current adult CPR/AED certification.* Working knowledge of computer software applications (Hudl, Synergy, Teamworks, etc.).* Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and environments.* Strong leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team.In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the annual base salary range for this position is $36,000–$45,000. Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, education, specialized skills, internal equity, and external market data when extending an offer. The final salary is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or other compensation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
