Production Technician

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production of complex electro-mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: North Reading, MA

Pay Range: $18.41 per hr.

Shift: 6:15am to 2:45pm Monday to Friday 

What's the Job?

• Support the production of complex electro-mechanical equipment through hands-on assembly of robotic components
• Assist with warehouse material handling, including moving, staging, and delivering materials to workstations
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts to ensure smooth workflow
• Support inventory accuracy by proper documentation, scanning, and organization of production parts
• Perform quality inspections and document actions to maintain high standards of quality and safety

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for 7+ hours per shift and lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
• Proficiency in using handheld scanners and basic computer systems
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in a mechanical environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
