We're hiring multiple full-time Healthcare Sales Consultants to join us in Concord, NC and help promote our incredible treatments! Healthcare Sales Consultant Must-Haves:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in a direct sales role within a high-ticket industry like medical, pharmaceutical, or real estate
• Working knowledge of the financial aspects involved in patient care and sales-driven healthcare services
• Effective, professional communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
• Self-motivation to achieve real results and exceed quotas
• Professional, business-minded mentality
• Hunger to keep growing, learning, and performing at a high level
• Ability to build trust and create positive relationships
• Ability to learn from professional feedback and keep up with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Ability to follow scripts, established protocols, and proven procedures to maximize success
• Willingness to perform patient consultations, discuss health histories, and determine the underlying motivations for patients

Responsibilities Include:

• Working from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 am to 1:30 pm, Friday, with some flexibility as needed to meet with patients
• Fostering strong connections with patients and building trust with leads
• Following up with warm leads to expertly explain our treatment options and promote the value of scheduling an appointment
• Addressing concerns, answering questions, and helping guide patients through financial coverage options
• Overcoming objections to successfully close high-value treatment plans
• Helping patients make informed decisions about their health and pursue quality treatments

We offer:

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000/year, based on qualifications

Additional Compensation: Sales incentives for booking treatments, with an annual earning potential of $100,000+
