Summary The House of Dior Beverly Hills seeks a refined, engaging Host to serve as the first ambassador of the boutique. The Host will create a warm, welcoming, and sophisticated environment, thoughtfully guiding clients and ensuring a seamless, memorable experience that reflects the Maison's standards of luxury and service. Responsibilities Welcome and greet each client upon arrival, creating an immediate positive impression. Discreetly ascertain the purpose of visits and direct inquiries, anticipating client needs. Introduce clients to appropriate Brand Ambassadors and facilitate personalized experiences. Provide exceptional, anticipatory service and offer curated tours and recommendations. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior collections, services, and spa offerings. Utilize boutique technology and client management systems proficiently. Manage boutique traffic with discretion and support special events and clienteling initiatives. Help maintain the boutique's presentation and inviting ambiance at all times. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail. A polished, poised, and professional demeanor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating client needs.
