Requirements Taking/defending depositions and motion practice. Conducting written discovery, expert discovery, drafting pleadings and motions. Inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings a plus. Additional requirements include the following: Juris Doctor Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred. Equivalent industry experience in these disciplines a plus. Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
