Machine Operator

United Talent is immediately hiring for a 2nd shift Machine Operator (Injection Molding Manufacturing Company) in Hiram, GA! Job duties include operating injection molding machines following production orders and process sheets, monitoring production to identify defects, issues, or machine alarms, performing visual inspections and basic measurements using tools such as calipers, recording production data and ensuring correct product labeling, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety, quality, and company procedures, including proper PPE usage, and assisting with additional production tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay & Shift:

• $40,000 yearly
• MondayFriday | 2:00pm to 11:00pm

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time during the shift
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing/production environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment and processes
