Landscaping Foreman

Overview Abbott Construction & Landscaping LLC is a 4-season landscaping and construction company that services the North Shore. We are currently seeking a supervisor to manage a crew of 2-4 people and perform various landscaping activities. Our team consists of highly motivated individuals who value teamwork, and we are looking for a candidate who shares the same qualities. Responsibilities Organizing and planning daily work for both yourself and your crew. Ensuring that all necessary tools, materials, and equipment are organized for each job. Maintaining effective communication with the project manager and clients. Creating and maintaining a professional and safe work environment for the crew. Implementing proper methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of projects. We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, possesses a positive attitude, and is a team player willing to go the extra mile to ensure client and team satisfaction. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of landscape experience, with at least 3 years of experience as a foreman. Strong communication and organizational skills.
