Construction Foreman

We’re looking for a supervisor to lead a crew of 2-4 in various construction activities. Our team is motivated and collaborative, and we seek candidates who share these qualities. Responsibilities Organize and plan daily work for yourself and your crew. Manage tools, materials, and equipment for projects. Communicate effectively with the project manager and clients. Maintain a professional and safe work environment for your crew and subcontractors. Implement efficient methodologies to ensure high-quality project completion. Requirements Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a foreman role. At least 2 years of concrete experience. Equipment operation skills (excavators/skid-steers). Asphalt experience is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Health card and ability to drive a truck and trailer are mandatory. OSHA 10, MCLP, or MCH certification is a plus.
