Job Description: Will be at GWV and Healthplex CenterPoint. The role involves leading strategy for Business Intelligence and Process Engineering supporting Central Sterile Supply and Surgical Suite inventory, with a focus on visibility and process improvement. Oversees staff management, daily operations, system development, and technology initiatives, while coordinating recalls, supply substitutions, and partnering with operational and clinical leaders to drive efficient inventory, financial, and operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for department operations. The hospital operates 24/7.
• Effectively manage and develop a team with strong leadership capability.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 10 years sterile processing experience, 5 years of that in Sterile Processing Management.
• Required: CRCST, CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader), BLS(AHA). Will consider (CSPM) via CBSPD instead of CHL.
