Part Time Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to‑face sessions in Troy, MI. Thriveworks is a clinician‑owned National outpatient mental health private practice group with locations in 48 states. Qualifications LPC or LMFT or LMSW or LMSW‑C Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) Clinicians must be licensed and residing in Michigan. Compensation Up to $70,000 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities & Expectations Conduct a minimum of 15 sessions per week. Maintain a true partnership with clients and the team. Serve as a behavioral health generalist open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided). Demonstrate interest in growing into leadership or supervisory roles. Complete clinical notes within 24 hours. Exhibit integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality care. Collaborate with the team and participate in professional development.
