Program Support Specialist

ERG is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Program Support Specialist to support a complex, onsite federal program. This role will provide coordination across program operations, health and safety, quality assurance, and staff support. Job Description Support day‑to‑day program operations, scheduling, documentation, and coordination with federal and contractor teams Work closely with the Program Management Office to facilitate program operations and functional tasks Assist with onsite health and safety initiatives, including reporting, training logistics, compliance tracking, safety program support, and preparation for H&S inspections Support quality assurance activities, including document control, QA review and tracking, and audit preparation Serve as a staff liaison by supporting onboarding processes, workspace coordination, and general staff needs Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, notes, and action item tracking Maintain organized program files, logistics, and operational resources Provide responsive, professional support to clients and internal stakeholders Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience Experience supporting federal programs, scientific teams, or onsite operations preferred Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Familiarity with health and safety, quality assurance, or administrative coordination is a plus Ability to work onsite daily and maintain a professional presence with federal clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable interacting regularly with federal staff, contractors, and program leadership ERG offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance, life insurance, long‑term disability, educational benefits, FSAs, a generous 401k plan, profit sharing, an EAP, 11‑20 paid vacation days per year, 10 paid holidays per year, 56 hours or more of sick leave (based on the state you work in) per year (pro‑rated for part‑time) and more.
