Cardio Renal Education (CRE) Representative

Inizio Engage has a long-standing partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim to provide healthcare engagement support across primary care.We are seeking a field-based Cardio Renal Education (CRE) Representative to deliver approved disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff with patient care responsibilities focused on chronic kidney disease (CKD) awareness, early identification, testing, diagnosis and the importance of management of CKD and associated cardiovascular (CV) risk. This role serves as an expert educational resource for primary care practices, supporting physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and other office staff with patient care responsibilities with disease state-related education and resources. The CRE Representative will help increase awareness of CKD and CV risk, screening guidelines, testing opportunities, and approaches that support consistent identification of high-risk patients and care gaps.The ideal candidate is a collaborative and professional communicator who can build trusted relationships across the office, to gain an understanding of the educational needs and present disease state information clearly.
