What You’ll Do:

• Provide hospital-based medical care to adult patients, ensuring high-quality treatment.
• Manage patient diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and coordinate patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Document clinical findings and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in hospital rounds, case discussions, and team meetings.
• Quickly adapt to hospital protocols and support emergency or complex cases as needed.

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid medical license in Illinois
• Proven experience in hospital medicine
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with adult patients in a hospital setting
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
