• Job Setting: Outpatient Endocrinology Clinic
• Support staff:
  • RN
  • Diabetes educator
  • Dietitian
  • 1 APP
• EMR: EPIC
• Types of Cases:
  • Hyper/hypothyroidism
  • Graves' disease
  • Thyroid nodules
  • Pituitary issues
  • Diabetes
• Credentialing: Approximately 60 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Endocrinology Fellowship required
• Licensure: Active Illinois State Medical License
