Residential Program Manager — ABA & 24/7 Care Leader

Behavioral Health Allies (BHA) is seeking a Community Living Program Manager to lead daily operations in 24/7 residential homes, supervising DSPs and Shift Supervisors, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will coach staff, implement BSPs and ISPs with fidelity, and coordinate with clinical and operations teams to deliver person-centered, ABA-informed services.
