The Junior Analyst will support data-driven decision-making processes by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights. This entry-level role involves collaborating with various teams to assist in research, reporting, and performance evaluation to help optimize business operations.

- Assist in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings
- Support senior analysts in research and data validation
- Monitor performance metrics and identify trends or anomalies
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
- Stay updated on industry best practices and analytic tools
