Shipping And Receiving Specialist

Pull, pack, crate, and ship materials and accessories from various production areas as required to exceed customers on time delivery expectations.

Receive daily needed production items to keep the assembly area working. This will include unloading of trucks and putting away inventory in designated areas.

Organize, plan, and order shipping supplies for the shipping area (i.e., staples, pallets, wood, corrugated items, etc.).

Work with various departments on shipping information which includes, but not limited to, arranging shipments with carriers, maintaining, and emailing out daily the shipping manifest, scanning in packing slips to file for accounting, etc.

Run reports daily to plan out what needs to be shipped. Work directly with various departments on their shipping requirements.

Perform cycle counts, verify incoming material, quantities, and stocking locations, along with reporting on discrepancies.
