NAV Real Estate is a high-performance real estate brokerage serving Denver, Lakewood, Aurora, Littleton, Centennial, Arvada, and surrounding markets. We provide licensed real estate agents with elite lead opportunities, proven conversion systems, and a 100% profit-share model designed to maximize agent earnings.

Job Type: Full-Time, Commission-Based
Compensation: $48,000 - $400,000+/year (Commission + Quarterly Profit Share)
Experience Level: All Levels Welcome (Licensed or In-Progress)
Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Convert and manage high-intent real estate leads using structured systems
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations with expert market knowledge
- Negotiate transactions and guide clients through the closing process
- Attend weekly training and implement proven sales frameworks
- Manage client pipeline using CRM and follow-up automation
- Build referral business and maintain post-close client relationships
Requirements
- Active Colorado Real Estate License (or currently in licensing process)
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated mindset
- Coachable and open to performance accountability
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation
- Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to attend Denver office meetings (minimum weekly)
- Reliable transportation for client showings
