Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join our growing Arizona Neonatology practice. Whether you're a new graduate looking for mentorship and a structured transition to independent practice or an experienced NNP seeking autonomy and diverse clinical experiences, we offer a unique opportunity to tailor your career to your interests.

Design Your Own Career Practice Mode l:

• Design a practice that fits your career goals and lifestyle:
• Practice exclusively in our community-based Level II NICUs or work in our high-acuity Level III NICUs
• Create a hybrid schedule with exposure to both Level II and Level III settings
• Group shifts together with flexible scheduling options, including 24 and 48-hour shifts

Community Level II NICU Opportunities:

• Manage your own patient population while working autonomously at the extent of your training
• Ideal for NNPs who enjoy autonomy and practicing in community-based settings.
• 4 community level II NICUs available across the East Valley :
  • Banner Ironwood Medical Center - Queen Creek
  • Banner Gateway Medical Center - Gilbert
  • Banner Ocotillo Medical Center - Chandler
  • Banner Casa Grande Medical Center - Casa Grande
• Gain broad clinical exposure while maintaining a balanced workload
• Opportunities to provide well-newborn nursery coverage at Casa Grande and Ocotillo locations

Level III NICU Opportunities

• Structured onboarding and mentorship program for new graduates
• Perfect for NNPs seeking higher-acuity experience in busier environments.

• Care for critically ill newborns in advanced neonatal settings across 2 Level III NICUs

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master's degree
• Open to new graduate candidates

Benefits and Compensation

Starting Pay Range (Base Pay) : $122,000-$164,000.
