We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Engineer to join our team and drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs), with hands-on experience building and fine-tuning AI models for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Generative AI models and frameworks.
• Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for diverse use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and platforms.
• Conduct research and experimentation to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and generative AI architectures (e.g., transformers, diffusion models).
• Experience in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and API integration.
• Solid background in data engineering, model evaluation, and MLOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
