Job Summary:
The location is in Terrell, Texas. This Outpatient Physical Therapist position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring care compliance with physician and regulatory requirements. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active/applicable license for the state of Texas; CPR Certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with your agency or Select Medical is highly desired or nice to have
• Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on clinical reasoning. Completes clear, accurate, and timely medical record documentation. Participates in student programs and actively pursues professional development. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Follows organizational performance improvement methodologies and strives for safety and quality care.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
