• Shift: Mon-Fri 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM, Full Weekend Coverage (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, various on-call and overnight shifts)
• Hours/Week: Varies based on schedule

• License/Certs: Required neonatal and nurse practitioner licenses
• Experience: Prior NICU experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal critical care in the NICU 24/7/365 coverage setting
• Collaborate with NICU intensivists and nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Monitor and assess neonatal patients' conditions, adjusting care plans accordingly
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed
• Communicate effectively with families and team members regarding patient status
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Support quality improvement initiatives within the NICU

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license
• Relevant clinical experience in a NICU setting

Preferred:

• Previous experience in neonatal critical care or intensive care unit (ICU)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
