Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our guest service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction for our guests.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Manage and lead the guest service team to deliver outstanding service.
2. Train and coach team members on effective guest service techniques.
3. Monitor guest interactions and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
5. Maintain a clean and inviting environment for guests.

**Qualifications:**
1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
