Accounts Receivable Liaise with Customer Service to resolve invoicing issues Coordinate with Accounts Receivable Lead to collect past due balances from customers Serve as backup for all daily AR functions General Accounting Duties Responsible for weekly and monthly reports Assist with standard journal entries Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and explain variances and improve cost management Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Controller to support departmental operations and continuous improvement. Qualifications Associate's Degree majoring in Accounting, Finance, or General Business, or equivalent work experience Other Recommended Qualifications/Experience (if any) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines Ability to identify discrepancies and assist in basic reconciliations and variance review Knowledge of basic financial reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr Nichols College
