Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm What You’ll Do Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads Recommend and sell moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints, or customer service issues All other duties as assigned Who We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent A minimum of 6 months of sales and/or customer service experience preferred; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful) Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities Exceptional organization and time management skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities Basic computer and keyboarding skills Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen Position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise located in Baton Rouge, LA.
