Start Date: 09/08/2026

End Date: 12/05/2026

Shift: 12-Hour Days (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM)

Hours/Week: 36-40 hours

Employment Type: Contract/Travel RN

License/Certifications: Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, CDN or CNN (preferred), Auto Insurance

Experience: Minimum 1 year inpatient dialysis experience; new grads with 2+ years in acute care considered if first-time travelers

Shift Type: 12H Days, rotating weekends, 5-6 call shifts per schedule

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $50.25/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide dialysis care to patients on hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis (peritoneal experience not required)
• Access fistulas and dialysis catheters with critical thinking and precision
• Float between facility locations within the main hospital campus and satellite clinics
• Collaborate with a team of techs and charge nurses to deliver patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech Expanse EMR
• Monitor water machine functionality and operate dialysis equipment independently
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards, including EKG competencies
• Support on-unit operations, including patient charting, medication dispensing, and equipment management

What You Need

Required:

• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 1 year inpatient dialysis experience
• Ability to travel between facilities
• Critical thinking skills, ability to work independently, access graft/fistula

Preferred:

• CDN or CNN certification
• Experience with BBraun dialysis machines
