We are seeking a visionary and experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Meadow Falls of Conneaut, a premier healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our community. As our Executive Director , you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients and residents.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall strategy, operations, and financial performance of the organization
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, stakeholders, and the community
Develop and implement effective programs and services to meet the changing needs of our patients and residents
Collaborate with our leadership team to establish and achieve organizational goals
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a culture of quality and excellence
Provide strategic guidance and support to our department heads and staff members
Analyze and manage our budget, making informed decisions to ensure the financial sustainability of the organization
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion
