Contact Center Solutions Developer

Our customer service team is looking for a Contact Center Solutions Developer responsible for creating and maintaining custom tools and applications that enhance contact center workflows and user experience. This role emphasizes execution, continuous learning, and collaboration within a team-oriented environment. Job Functions: Develop internal tools, automations, and web-based applications Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Build, test, deploy, and support well-defined tools, enhancements, automations, and components with guidance from senior technical contributors Maintain documentation for systems and processes Troubleshoot issues and support enhancements Assist with API integrations and data workflows Experience and Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in software development (or equivalent) Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and basic frameworks (React or similar) Basic understanding of APIs and web services Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, etc.) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Scope and Impact Works on well-defined tasks Contributes to team deliverables Limited system ownership Our Culture: Fueling customers' journeys since 1964, innovation leads the way for this family-owned and operated business headquartered in Oklahoma City.
