What Nuvia Offers Pay: $20-$25 per hour (base) Up to $2,000 monthly bonuses averaging out to roughly $12 per hour. Up to $2,000 quarterly bonuses averaging out to roughly $4 per hour. Compensation Nuvia offers competitive base pay. In addition, Care Coordinators can earn monthly and quarterly performance bonuses, which together allow them to earn an additional $32K per year beyond their base pay. Role Overview The Care Coordinator is patient focused and dedicated to ensuring patients have a seamless experience while in the office. Responsibilities involve greeting patients, managing appointments, handling various administrative tasks, and actively gathering patient feedback through reviews. Patient Interactions: Greet each patient, efficiently schedule and reschedule appointments to ensure optimal patient flow. Handling Billing and Payments: Process payments, answer billing questions, and address concerns. Providing Administrative Support: Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry. Patient Engagement: Proactively seek patient feedback and encourage them to share experiences online, provide clear information about treatment plans, procedures, and financing options. Team Collaboration: Participate in daily huddles to discuss team goals, challenges, and successes; work closely with doctors, dental assistants, and sales consultants.
