We are a fast-paced, modern, contemporary dental practice in the Greater Rancho Cordova Area. We provide cosmetic and general procedures for our patients, including restorations, bridges, implants, dentures, root canals, extractions, composite restorations, veneers, Invisalign and full-mouth cosmetic cases.
Looking for a ROCKSTAR Receptionist/Patient care coordinator to join our front desk team in a brand new Dental office!!!APPLICANT MUST HAVE: * Experience working in the dental field
* Ability to schedule patients appointments to goal
* Knowledge on how to use Soft Dent/XL Dent to schedule appointments to goal * Experience with dental/ medical insurance verification and claim submission * The ability to present treatment plans and payment options * The ability to collect money up front * Knowledge of how to follow-up on and schedule outstanding treatment * Excellent multi-tasking skills to thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment Specifications: * Strong interpersonal skills * High Level of Professionalism * Leadership skills * Excellent grammar and writing skills * Strong work ethic * Takes initiative * Quick learner * Organized * Problem solving skills
