Patient Care Coordinator

Overview Patient Care Coordinator Summary: We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role supports pediatric and orthodontic patients by connecting with families, reviewing eligibility reports, educating parents on orthodontic care, and scheduling complimentary consultations. We're looking for someone outgoing, organized, and great with people who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00/hour (Based on experience) At CHOICE Healthcare Services, our mission is to provide everyone access to the healthcare they need. CHOICE is the largest provider of pediatric dental care in the Southwest United States, and we pride ourselves on delivering high quality care to children in our communities.
