Mobile Crisis Response Care Coordinator — Night Shift

Bay Area Community Services

Bay Area Community Services (BACS) is seeking Clinical Care Coordinators for the new CWRT to provide urgent in-field crisis response in Sacramento. You will work as part of a two-person team, coordinating with 911/988 and county partners to connect clients with resources and reduce emergency service use. The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Counseling, plus licensure or supervisory eligibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bay Area Community Services
